Pues en estos dias he estado investigando sobre el TLC en Colombia y encontre una informacion en el wiki del GLUC  (Universidad del Cauca) donde comenta sobre los resultados de las negociaciones en Lima y expone que todavia este tema no ha sido tocado y que en el caso de Colombia mantiene una posicion bastante fuerte sobre el hecho de la propiedad intelectual con respecto a lo que se refiere a software.

Creo que podria referirse a esa pagina para ver como continuan las negociaciones. Ademas creo que colibri podria enviar documentacion o una posicion general para apoyar el asesoramiento hecho por Fedesoft.
